Due to the nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

All items sold on our website are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or unopened products

  • Booster packs, boxes, singles, or sealed items

This policy exists because trading card products can be easily tampered with once they leave our control.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Exception)

We will only assist if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged due to shipping

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unopened and in original condition

  • Photos of the issue must be provided

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund at our discretion

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

4. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or refunds in cases of:

  • Fraud

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Violation of this policy
