Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon arrival. If a package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should contact the shipping carrier and notify us as soon as possible.

Customers acknowledge that purchasing sealed trading card products involves an element of randomness.

Dissatisfaction with the contents of sealed products does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.

10. Manufacturer Defects

Sealed trading card products may occasionally contain manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:

  • Printing errors

  • Damaged cards

  • Missing cards

  • Mispacked contents

Such issues originate from the manufacturer and are outside of The Card Gym’s control.

The Card Gym is not responsible for manufacturer defects inside sealed products. Customers experiencing these issues should contact the manufacturer directly for assistance where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Card Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Purchases made through the Site

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues
